The sofa comfortably fits three, with the hide-away bed a very comfortable place for guests to stay. No stains, tears or rips, with only minor scuffing on the wooden feet from vacuum hits (washable/stainable to make like new, if noticed). Original owner who didn't use sofa about half the year, making condition far superior to comparable sofas owned for this period of time.
