Seller's Notes:I have a brand new leather sofa for sale. The sofa is from Michael Felix (http://www.michaelfelix.com/seating/flora-sofa), an independent contemporary designer from Los Angeles. It is pine green leather and a white oak base. The dimensions are 98"L x 35"W x 33"H. Normally the piece sells for $6,800. It's in brand new condition except that the base was damaged by the movers on its way to NYC. You really can't see the damage however because of the low profile of the piece.
