Seller's Notes:For sale is a black leather Maurice Villency chair with ottoman. Dimensions of the chair are 31” high by 35 1/2” deep by 26” wide. Ottoman dimensions are 26” by 26” and 15 1/2” high. Legs are silver. This chair sat in a master bedroom and then in an office. It was not used often and therefore is in excellent condition with no scrapes or scratches. We are selling it because we want to open up some floor space in the office. Very comfy chair!
