Seller's Notes:I absolutely love this sofa and am so sad to have to let it go to move across country. I am not exactly sure how old this is, assuming 10+ years. Maurice Villency is a high quality, contemporary furniture designer, and this is a lower profile leather piece with down filled cushions. I believe I am the 3rd owner, and this has never had pets, stains or smokers, it is in really great condition with just a few minor scuffs here and there, but no rips or large scratches. It's big enough for friends to crash on when they visit or for two to spend a good day having a rot. Dimensions: Roughly 9'8" in length on the longest side, 6'8" in length on the shorter side and about 3' deep. The seat sits about 1'3" from the floor.
