Seller's Notes:An authentic French bistro stool made by hand in France. They are made of Rilsan and rattan for the outdoor cafés of France. Rilsan is a natural resin from the caster bean plant and is so strong it is used for making automobile gas tanks! These are not the cheap nylon or plastic woven cafe chairs that are you can see falling apart in some cafés in the US! Make no mistake, Rilsan is the only woven chair material that will not fade or tear. This authentic French stool will last for many years outdoors, and even longer inside. The natural rattan is a solid material, bent by hand in the same way as has been done for over 100 years by trained craftspeople.
