Seller's Notes:We purchased this beautiful sectional sofa and are having to part ways because we are reconfiguring our finished basement to fit a pool table, which is causing us to select a different couch altogether. The couch is in excellent condition, with one minor hardly noticeable mark, but otherwise impeccable. The couch did not get used often since all our entertaining happened in our living room, instead of our basement where the couch has been. We are now redesigning the basement to be more suitable for entertaining. Our dog is 8 lbs and doesn’t shed, but we want to be sure any new owner is aware that the dog was around the house and sometimes the furniture. It’s a really great sectional for lounging, watching movies, sports games, and the like. We hope you’ll love it as much as we did!
