Seller's Notes:This sofa is stylish and comfy, the structure is solid. Maiden home is also a toxic free furniture brand. We are selling because our parents need a sofa with higher backs for their support. The performance fabric is great and I found it wipes up very easily. This would look brand new if you clean it up and refill the back cushions a bit. They can sometimes get saggy (see second photo). There is also one small stain from my nephews crayon. I have not tried to remove the stain, but it should be ok with stain remover. Originally cost close to $3000. I can also throw in two matching decorative pillows.
