Seller's Notes:Purchased from Macy's two years ago for $500/each (this was a sale price). No marks, weird smells, scratches, etc. however there is a cat in the house (who prefers to sleep on blankets and doesn't have any claws). Chair legs are made of espresso colored wood and can be removed which allows chairs to fit through narrow doorways. Some of the legs have MINOR scratches but because they are screwed on, they can easily be turned so that there are no marks showing. I LOVE these chairs but we need to make room in our apartment since we are expecting twins soon.
