Seller's Notes:This compact yet high-quality sleeper sofa has been absolutely perfect for my NYC apartment and the fold out memory foam mattress has been super comfortable for guests when they have come to stay, although to be honest, it's only been slept on 3 times. There are small drops of nail polish on the left arm rest as pictured, but they are very minor.
