Seller's Notes:I purchased this couch from Macy’s in July 2012. I believe the retail value at the time was about $1100, and I paid about $800 on sale. I measured the dimensions to the best of my ability. This couch has lived in three apartments with me and I absolutely love it. It is extremely comfortable and the perfect couch to sink into at the end of the day. It detaches down the middle for easy transport. The only reason I am looking to sell it is that it unfortunately won’t work in my new apartment, space-wise. During my last move I had non-professional movers who broke the mechanism inside the couch while attempting to take it apart, which left one of the recliners stuck in an upward position. I tracked down the manufacturing company in North Carolina, ordered a replacement part, and paid a furniture repair company to replace the part. It’s now in excellent working order and the only sign of the former damage is that the two seats are slightly misaligned, but there is no other defect to speak of. No pets have ever been on this couch. I still have some cleaning products that came with the couch, and I would be happy to throw them in for free.
