Seller's Notes:We had this lovely deep blue velvet couch with a reversible chaise, storage ottoman and pull out bed custom built in 2018 thinking we'd love it forever! The fact that you can change which side the chaise is on is fabulous! Perfect apartment sized couch. When we moved to our new space last November, we no longer have room in the new living room to ever be able to pull out the sleeper. We'd love for it to find a new home where it has plenty of room to open and have owners who will love sinking into its soft cushions. It's got a few small spots of minor discoloration on the chaise seat cushion from a beverage spill, viewable only from certain angles and in certain lights. One little wear spot behind the center cushion, also not very noticeable. We had a cat and still have a dog, so while we vacuum it regularly and the dog is not allowed ON the couch, there is ambient fur that may be on it when you get it, no matter how much we vacuum. Must be picked up Monday through Friday, as our building does not allow furniture moves in the elevators on weekends.
