Seller's Notes:We love this couch. It was my parents couch first, and when they sold their house to go into retirement, we were offered the couch and could not say no. It’s comfortable, durable, and has served us well. As we look to redesign our living room, I wanted to go with lighter colors & woods so it was time to say goodbye. We use leather wipes to keep the leather conditioned. In terms of wear and tear, there is a a dented arm rest (shown in photo) and there are two recliners on each side. They close but it takes a little shove to get them to close back up (manual, not powered). There is a missing peg to connect all three pieces but this can easily be replaced.
