Seller's Notes:Soft, supple, top grain Italian leather with tufted back. This sofa is gorgeous. Priced to sell based on other similar listings but taking into account condition. Some wear and tear--cracking on right and center cushions (where most sitting/use occurred). I added some closeup pictures under bright light so you can see the extent of cracks. I'm sure some extra leather polish would improve matters. Structurally, this sofa is strong. I would consider it "satisfactory" condition or better. Sofa dimensions: 76"W x 35"D x 33"H There is nothing wrong with this sofa -- we just got it 2 years ago. We are just redecorating for newborn arrival (looking for recliner sectional).
