Seller's Notes:Selling our 3+1 seater sleeper/couch from Macy’s along (the +1 is a separable chaise that has storage inside). Bought in 2019. Original price ~$2,000. The couch has a queen size pull out bed inside along with a mattress which is a feature we have loved for extra guests in house but only used a grand total of 5 times. No stains and the covers are washable. There is however a small tear on the chaise and I hide it with a Sherpa throw. Comes with three cushions - two 20x20 and one long cushion - all of the same fabric/color. Pet free, smoke free home, elevator access.
