Seller's Notes:The set is 2 years old. It is in very good shape but unfortunately I'm moving to another country and cannot take it with me. The table expands from 51"W to 90"W with self-storing leaf, so it can take very little space or expand to fit more people very comfortably. I have no children or pets so the set is in good condition other than some signs of regular use (see pics of chairs - cream colored upholstery shows some light staining).
