Seller's Notes:This comfortable blue suede sofa is under two years old and in impeccable condition. It is also very easy to clean. There are studs on the arms and along the bottom of the sofa. There are studs all around the ottoman as well. The ottoman also opens up for ideal storage. Pillows are included. Serious inquiries only. *Please note, my building has narrow hallways and doorways, the plate in the back of the sofa will need to be removed in order to move the sofa. I will be able to provide the company that completed this for me (without any issues) when I moved in. Please note the cost for this service is $400.
