Seller's Notes:Purchased the sofa brand new from Macy's furniture store 3 years ago. The sofa has been kept in immaculate condition, in a smoke free, pet free and very clean apartment. Very little to no signs of wear and tear, leather is buttery soft and has been gently broken in. The sofa has been minimally used. It is an excellent size sofa for a compact apartment. We are moving and need to sell the sofa QUICKLY.
