Seller's Notes:The sweeping mosaics of a grand Venetian atrium, the ivy-laced latticework framing a secluded Milanese garden, the intricate carvings of a Florentine hearth—when it comes to pattern, Italy offers inspiration around every corner. For the Parchment Palazzo Wing Chair, our globe-trotting creative director collected lush swaths of marble and armfuls of quatrefoil tile, and set to work creating an inviting interpretation of palace style. In a technique similar to that of creating handmade Florentine paper, a dip of our cotton fabric into a color-swirled water bath creates a one-of-a-kind pattern in rosy hues. Paired with block-print fabric, tied together using bands of our signature Parchment Check, and crowned with gilded trim.
