Seller's Notes:I've had this Living Spaces dark brown leather couch for 18 months here in New York. It's gotten very little use and has close to no wear and tear. It's plush, it's comfortable, and it's sexy. The blemish on the back there, which I would argue adds character, happened in the recent move and doesn't appear if the couch is against a wall. I'm moving and the wife wants a sectional, pricing this to sell. If you buy it, treat it well! :)
