Seller's Notes:This lovely 1 & 3/4" thick single slab of American white oak with live edge was transported from a lumberyard in Hartsdale, NY to a warehouse loft in Brooklyn, NYC where the raw materials were transformed into a gorgeous dining table that can comfortably seat 6 guests. The powder coated metal legs are fastened to the table with 3/8" threaded lag bolts using threaded brass inserts for easy assembly/disassembly.  Approximate measurements 63" length x 30" height x 22" - 32" in width The slab is finished with 8 coats of Real Milk Paint Co. tung oil and citrus solvent to lovingly protect the table from moisture, while at the same time allowing the natural beauty of the wood grain to show through. 5 solid brass butterfly inlays are merely for aesthetics, as the natural splits and gaps in the slab have been filled with clear epoxy.  Just the raw materials cost over $3500 not including 50+ hours of labor. Similar tables retail over $8000. 2 matching benches from slabs of the same tree are also included with purchase. Can also include 4 chairs - two purple and two gray (shown in one picture) upon request.
