Seller's Notes: "The Legend of Koukuu Moon," is a rare limited edition hand signed artwork, edition 46 of 50 from year 2008 by the British artist and illustrator Tom Lewis. The print was purchased directly from the artist in 2024 and the framing is new. Tom Lewis is was born in Birmingham, UK in1979. He is a self described "pixel pest, paint pirate, and pencil punk." Lewis begins with pencil, and then might include markers, pen, acrylic paint, aerosol cans, airbrushes, varnish, cardboard, digital camera, and fingers, amongst other mediums. Themes are fanciful set in dreamlike environments. Gicleé print on Somerset Enhanced Velvet archival paper in absolutely mint condition. Archival framing and matting at the Georgetown Frame Shop in Washington, D.C. in 2024 with a beautiful walnut wood frame and 92% UV protection Artglass glazing.
