Seller's Notes:I bought this couch originally 2 years ago from the Lilola Home collection page on Amazon. The only real wear and tear are the pictures scratched corners, courtesy of my cat who decided to make those edges his scratching post. The couch has been exposed to a cat for nearly the full 2 years, so I would take that into consideration if you're looking to purchase and have a known cat allergy Otherwise, the couch is in 'Like New' condition and has served me well during my time in a NYC Apt! There is a life up storage in the chaise which can hold 3-4 blankets, or what we did was store puzzles in there so it's multifunctional for what you need. The pull out bed is really handy for when having friends/family come to visit out of town. We were able to have 2 friends come visit and both fit/slept on the couch when pulled out. Might be a tight fit for two larger/taller people though I will admit. The one thing I will note is that the mattress is quite firm - not the softest seating/mattress. We got used to it quickly though and I've taken many a naps on the couch so it's not unbearably hard
