Seller's Notes:Modular Ligne Roset Square entertainment/display unit purchased 8 years ago for $17,000.00. Loved and babied it for the 8 years I've owned it. It's in superb condition. It moved with me 1x (2012). Ligne Roset's team of specialists disassembled, moved, and reassembled it for me. If you purchase it, I HIGHLY recommend this method of moving the piece (they charged $400-500 for this service in 2012). Parting with it because my family is growing steadily and I need the space. Frame is wood, doors are glass. It has 2 tiny nicks on the horizontal piece of frame above the bottom left drawer. The first nick was too small to capture a photo of (I had to get so close the picture was blurry, when far enough back to be in focus you couldn't see the nick) it's 5.875" in from the left vertical hanging frame. The other nick is pictured, it's 8.5" in from the right vertical hanging frame. The "handle" on the door above the television shows some wear (pictured), the rest of the "handles" don't. All drawers and doors push-open and closed. Drawers and horizontal cabinet door have a soft open/close feature. The shelves on the right side, pictured (behind sliding glass door), are not modular. Other shelves (glass and wood) are, including the shelves tucked into the drawer areas. The depth of the unit is 17.75", the sliding glass door adds 1.25". Favorite feature: sliding door—to hide television while entertaining. Detailed measurements are available upon request.
