Seller's Notes:PLOUM SOFA HIGH BACK I ordered this green Ligne Roset sofa new from their store in San Francisco 3 years ago for appr. $6500 and waited about 3 months to get it. It's stunning and distinct, and I love it. I do not have the space for it. This sofa is still sold new by Ligne Roset. My (hypoallegenic) dog's untrimmed claws put several small rips in the parts of the seating area fabric. They have all been professionally sewn, and unless you look closely, the overall look and feel of the sofa is good. The fabric, otherwise, is in 100% excellent condition and is one consistent color. My not-great photography may suggest otherwise, but there is no fading whatsoever. Overall this sofa is a 8/10. From Ligne Roset: The Ploum seating is the fruit of much research into comfort. The result is a special combination of two materials: a stretchable covering and ultra-soft foam. This combination, along with the Ploum sofas' truly ample dimensions, provides extreme comfort and accommodates different ways of sitting, stretching out or even lying down. As per the designers' wishes, the large settee is asymmetrical in construction : the right-hand backrest is a little higher than the one on the left, whilst the right-hand seat is slightly deeper than the left-hand one and the zip on the rear of the backrest is off-centre. The seat of the sofa, canaccommodate up to 4 people. The great flexibility of contact associated with a freely-formed shape turn Ploum into a veritable nest: in fact, all positions are possible here, with both back and head enjoying the same soft contact, no matter which part of the seat is concerned, even the arms. COMFORT Integral seat in high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam 48 kg/m³ - 3.6 kPa; integral back in Bultex foam 36 kg/m³ - 1.4 kPa with comfort layer in hyperflexible polyurethane foam 30 kg/m³ - 1.8 kPa. Comfort is reinforced by the nature of the fabric used: a double-layer quilted weave, quilted by points of stitching. MAKING-UP Cover made from a woven fabric generously quilted and quilted by points of stitching. Important : items upholstered in MOOD have no diagonal stitching in the four inside corners of the seat/back section and have just one zip closure on the rear of the back. Cover is non removable.
