Blemishes: everything is photographed. Almost unnoticeable color fading on the sitting area and arms. Nothing else is visible unless you flip over a cushion: light smudges on the back of the back cushion and the accessory pillow. A slight rust stain on the underside of the right sitting cushion where it has contacted the handle for pulling out the mattress. The legs have been slightly dinged by a vacuum. Otherwise, very good option for a living room or guest room.
Sofa is a mild light blue microsuede with white piping. The sofa itself has been very rarely used, and the mattress has never been used. It is in my office (actual office, not home office). This sofa is from Build-a-sofa.com, a very well-reviewed custom sofa builder in Dallas that was acquired by a firm called C&L Design Sofas, and the old URL now directs to their site.
