Stylish, very clean, super comfortable microsuede custom-built sofa sleeper with a bed that has never been used. Sofa is in my office at work (not a home office), so gets almost no use. I am selling to make room for a remodel. **Priced low to sell now, before I leave for Christmas on 12/20.** I was careful to make sure even the slightest blemishes were photographed, including slight color variations that are not visible unless closely inspected. No blemish is visible unless you flip over a cushion: light smudges on the back of the back cushion and the accessory pillow. The light rust in photos is on the BOTTOM of the seat cushion, not visible, where it has contacted the handle for pulling out the sleeper. This is a great option for a living room, guest room, or an office.
