Seller's Notes:This Lifeform ergonomic office chair was purchased new and lightly used (approximately 1–2 hours total). It was ordered with an extra-wide seat, making it a custom configuration. The chair is in excellent condition and functions perfectly. There is one very minor cosmetic indentation on the back edge of one armrest from a temporary memory-foam arm cover (shown in photos). Selling because it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my body, not due to any issues with the chair itself.
