The sofa is in great condition and has been well taken care of. The cushions are still firm yet comfortable and there is no sinking or sagging. The sofa comes with the matching pillows pictured (not cream pillows). The pieces of the sectional can be taken apart and rearranged, It's a very dynamic piece.
