Seller's Notes:This is an extremely comfortable reclining sofa and loveseat set. The sofa has three seats and measures 85 x 40 x 37 inches (width,height,depth). The seats on both ends can recline. The loveseat measures 63 x 40 x 37 inches. Both seats can recline. Only one year old. In great condition, only one minor tear in between the seats in the sofa. I am selling it because I have to renovate my apartment and make my living room into a bedroom. Sadly I don't have enough space to put this sofa/loveseat set.
