Seller's Notes:We bought this chesterfield brand new from the Distinctive Chesterfield Studio in the Flatiron District, NYC for $3,700. It has a lovely deep oxblood red color in soft calf leather - both cushions are memory foam, its incredibly comfortable - not too firm, not too soft! It comfortably sits 3 and is big enough for a 5ft 11ft person to lie down fully. We've absolutely loved this sofa - it looks fantastic in an industrial / modern apartment - however due to changes in our living space, have decided to sell it. Sad to see it go, so grab a bargain that will only get better with age. Its a large 3 Seater - so please check and measure elevator space!
