Seller's Notes:This was purchased four years ago at the Lazzoni Flagship store in New York City. It has been an amazing sofa as both the arms and backrests expand outward to allow for more space, take naps, or have guests use as a bed. The frame of the sofa is steel, and solid, while the upholstery has been weathered due to my cat scratching some of the upholstery - but overall has held up well. There are a couple of water stains that can be removed via a Bissell, and the right side cushion is slightly concaved, but very comfortable. The arm rests are wide, so items can be placed on top.
