Seller's Notes:Incredibly comfortable custom couch that has served me well, but I'm going through a breakup move & need to downsize ASAP! Specific dimensions are shown in the photo, but overall the sofa is 41" deep, the chaise is 66" long, and the whole thing is 135" wide. It's Linen high performance fabric which means it's treated for stains and heavy duty use - it has practically 0 signs of wear. I also have a full set of replacement cushion covers that I'm happy to include. Please note for delivery: I will have to include delivery in the purchase, as I need the Couch Doctor to get it out of my apartment (it's how it got in). That means they will deliver it for free to your apartment and reassemble it there.
