Seller's Notes:We purchased this table brand new. We barely used in the year we had it so the condition it's in is excellent. The table is very sturdy. Two of the dining chairs has a very minor "wobble" but they came that way when delivered (was already assembled). It does not wobble after a person sits in it. We are renovating our space and need a different sized table so we are looking to sell this. I've attached a photo with the table height and width, chairs height and width, and original prices.
