Seller's Notes:Sofa is about 5years old but it is a LA-Z-Boy so it is in fantastic condition. Home is pet free and child free so there's no rips or scratches or even stains. The bed part has come in handy many many times. It is a comfortable and large queen sized bed that pulls out really easily. This is a very heavy couch due to the bedding mechanism in it so 2 strong people are needed to carry.
