Seller's Notes: Truthfully, "Good" doesn't adequately describe this item's condition. "Like New" would be better. Backstory: While my father was in the hospital late last fall, my brother and I bought him a new living-room set—couch, coffee table, rocker-recliner, two end tables, two lamps—for him to have when he came home. Unfortunately, he died before being able to use them. We’re now in the process of preparing his home for sale and need to get rid of this really nice, barely used set. (Please see my other listings for this set.) So, I'd estimate that this chair has been sat on for a total of maybe five hours. We bought it at Raymour and Flanigan for $499.
