Seller's Notes:Four year old maroon leather lazy boy recliner chair. Great for lounging in the TV room. The lazy boy has a few minor scratches that aren't very noticeable. There is only one small tear in the leather on the backside of the lazy boy and it is covered with maroon tape. The lazy boy still has many good years left. I no longer have space for the lazy boy at my current residence and is my reason for selling it.
