Seller's Notes: I am buying a sectional couch, so I have to get rid of my two extremely comfortable La-Z-boy nude/beige leather loveseats. They are coming from a pet-free, kid-free non-smoking apartment in the west village/greenwich village/soho area. There are a couple minor blemishes (pictured) which has been accounted for in the very low re-sale price as Lay-Z-boy leather furniture is of extremely high quality and usually retails in the thousands for a single love seat (see link below).
