Seller's Notes: This couch has been in my family for years, and in my possession for the past eight. Prior to that, it got minimal use. The frame and structure are solid and strong. The fabric and cushions are in good condition but show minor signs of wear. This was a sleeping spot for a dog for a period of two years, but the couch is odor- and damage-free from that. The pull-out has been used sparingly. It's full-size and comfortable enough for a sofa bed (and has the ability to become more comfortable with an appropriate upgrade). Again, the structure is solid. It was very useful for overnight guests.
