Seller's Notes:This is a futon we purchased 3 years ago but need to get rid of it as we’re making room for a baby in our house. This futon is incredibly comfortable both as a sofa and as a bed. It’s only been slept on about five times. It was primarily used as a sofa and a backup space when we had multiples guests. Sad to see it go as it was such a great piece, we just have nowhere to store it. It is currently retailing on Amazon for $750
