Seller's Notes:After over a year of working remote and traveling, I moved to Brooklyn with nothing but a backpack. Between the people who hosted me and the countless couches I crashed on during that stretch, having a genuinely comfortable sofa bed for my own guests one day became important to me. That's what led me to the Australian brand Koala. I've slept on this couch myself and love it, but more importantly, every friend and family member who's stayed on it has loved it too. The flip-bed design is so much more comfortable than a traditional pull-out because there no metal frame, no springs, no crossbar digging into your back. It unfolds to a queen-size bed, and paired with a memory foam topper, it's been great for my parents (three replaced hips between them), me (two herniated in my lower back discs), and friends who've said it's more comfortable than the beds they have at home. A cherry on top, making it even better for hosting is the built in storage, big enough for pillows, linens, and a comforter. And last but certainly not least, it's incredibly comfortable as a couch and is long enough for everybody to sit around on and lounge on to watch tv, listen to music, etc. The only reason I'm letting it go is because I'm downsizing to a new place. If I had room at my place, it'd absolutely be coming with me.
