Seller's Notes:This carpet was recently acquired at a widowers commune in Fez, Morocco. The silk and dye are gathered by one family and handmade. The beautiful pattern of rose, cream, goldenrod and brown is quite unique and formed completely by hand. Finally the rug is trimmed to secure the knots. We are unsure as to the actual age or the rug, likely 30-70 years old and there is some slight discoloration on the trim.
