Seller's Notes:This is an incredible rug my parents bought at a London auction 25 years ago. It has intricate detail, is soft underfoot and shows a beautiful scene of animals and patterns that makes it incredibly unique. I am unsure of where it was originally made, but I have photographed the sewn in label on the underside. It has one spot (photographed) that has a different shine to it in certain lights. It may have been from a stain that was not properly treated at the time of a spill. However, this spot is not noticeable and can easily be hidden under furniture if it bothers you. It has many years in it still and brings a unique beauty to any room!
