Seller's Notes:This is new. This furniture has been sat in a total of 5 minutes. You can see the tags are still on it. The velvet fabric is Royale Hacienda. Very comfortable and the color is terrific. This ottoman was delivered new on July 3rd, 2025. All the legs are Wood Stain Mocha. A Nice "Brand New" Mid-Century Modern piece. This living room mainstay adds warmth and nuance to every lounge. This is the recommended match with the Hughes MCM Reversable Sectional and Chair that I'm also listing. The sectional turned out to be too large for the room, so I'm selling the set and regrouping.
