Seller's Notes:This sofa is in excellent condition for an eight year old sofa. Our friends and family constantly tell us how comfortable it is. The cushions are still as plush as they were eight years ago and have zero sagging. We upgraded to a memory foam mattress for the sleeper when we purchased the sofa from Joybird. The mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. The performance velvet is Royale Evergreen. There are no major stains, just a few small and subtle marks. Most of them can be removed by rubbing the sofa with a cloth and warm water. This sofa repels stains beautifully and is so easy to clean. There are a few buttons missing from the tufting, though they are not ve try noticeable to us. I have replacement buttons from Joybird that match perfectly. I will provide all of the buttons I have along with the sofa! I have plenty to replace any missing buttons and more to save for the future to help this sofa last another eight years or more! The sofa can be taken apart into two pieces for ease of delivery. There is an interior cleat that attaches the bumper chaise to the main part of the sofa. Please feel free to free to let me know if you have any questions. I need to find a new home for this sofa ASAP to make room for new furniture, so it is priced to sell.
