Seller's Notes:Well, I initially bought the item because I had a second bedroom that I was going to prepare for guests and then eventually turn into an office. But I decided not to do anything with it. It has just been sitting there, and now that I’m moving down to a one-bedroom, I wanted it to go to a really great home. That's the story.

Cushions 2.4 lb. high density polyurethane foam combined with layers of fiber for superior seating comfort. Slight softening and flattening of the cushion will occur as a result of normal use aging but are inherent characteristics. Contains no flame retardants or harmful chemicals. Legs Metal Suspension High gauge Sinuous Spring seat platform suspension (when applicable) balanced by a synthetic webbed back construction for a resilient and well balanced sit. Joints Glued, stapled and screwed to ensure frame stability and longevity. Assembly Drill on legs Style Tight seat Glue and Stains Water-based, low-VOC Size Variance Dimensions of bench-made upholstery may vary slightly. Product Care Vacuum regularly with a vacuum attachment. Do not expose upholstered pieces to direct sunlight. Use a cleaning product that corresponds with your fabric's cleaning code. Always blot stains; never rub. Use a clean, dry, white cloth. Water. Use only water based cleaning products.
