Seller's Notes:Parting with my beloved Jonathan Adler Baxter velvet sofa as we are moving to a new decor scheme. Originally priced around $4000. Couch is overall in gently-used condition. Minimal tiny stains. Two areas on the sides of the arms that my cat scratched (see blue circled sections) but not that noticeable. Velvet is generally a great fabric for most cats (meaning that they are usually not interested in scratching it), but mine decided to check it out briefly anyway. :) Pearl/beige color, button tufting, brushed chrome legs, 3 seater, single cushion. Gorgeous shimmery velvet that hides wear and tear beautifully. Will throw in coordinating West Elm pillows for free if you want them. Was professionally cleaned every year. Smoke-free home. In 1st floor apartment with 4 steps.
