Seller's Notes:- Bought at 2009 for $750 at Jennifer convertible - Very comfy couch in great condition. Comfy to sleep on for guests, and comfy to lie on it watching TV. Also very comfy sitting on the recliner chairs (2 of them on both sides of the couch). - Can easily sit 4 people - Fabric is microfiber that cleans easily, and therefore looks like new. - There's a small tear on the back of the couch from it sticking against the wall paint. This small tear is not at all visible when the couch is positioned in place against the wall. - Redecorated the living room and therefore selling the couch.
