Seller's Notes:I purchased approximately 5 years ago and am selling as I'm moving into a new unit in my building and doing a little remodeling. I have a dog, but she is a Havanese and therefore doesn't shed. I've taken very good care of the piece over the years. The piece has usual blemishes on the fabric due to it's light nature, but none of them are overtly noticeable. If you were to steam clean the piece, they would all come out. It's extremely comfortable and is a very well made, very durable piece of furniture.
