Seller's Notes:This Jennifer Convertibles ottoman was purchased in 2008 as part of the "New Yorker" package, which also included a matching sleeper sofa, loveseat, armchair, and other items, such as coffee table, end tables, a rug, etc. The sleeper sofa, loveseat, and armchair are also available for sale on this site, in case there is interest in purchasing them together. If they are all 4 purchased together, I will throw in the decorative pillows too. The ottoman is decently worn, but still looks in good condition, especially when paired with the matching armchair. There is some discoloration and a very light stain almost invisible to the naked eye. The stain is from a friend who was visiting and put her suitcase (with dirty wheels) up on the ottoman. I scrubbed most of the dirt out, but there is some remnant left behind. While a (declawed) cat lives at this residence, the fabric does not have any pet stains. Many people with varying degrees of pet allergies who have come to visit reported that they had minimal issues with the dander. I am selling this item because I am moving out of NYC. This item would be great for someone just starting out in NYC. Purchasing the loveseat, sleeper sofa, and chair/ottoman together as a matching set would provide a welcoming environment to any living room.
