Seller's Notes:This love seat is covered in a brown corduroy fabric, and is super soft and comfortable. It fits comfortably into a small apartment (it has traveled with us to a couple of small 1-bedrooms). Despite its compact size however, it has a FULL size pullout bed that can easily fit 2 guests. The couch itself is about 8 years old, but the pullout bed was only first used 2 years ago. The cushions all have zipper closures so they can be removed and washed. The love seat is still in very solid condition -- the only reason it is labeled satisfactory is because of some scratches from our enthusiastic cat on the arms of the couch and some minor stains (pictured). These are really only visible up close, and haven't affected our enjoyment of the couch at all. It is otherwise in great condition, and has many more years of use in it! We love this couch and would be taking it with us, but we are moving out of state and are trying to travel as light as possible.
