Seller's Notes:This is a great, super comfortable couch. However, the wooden bar in the back that supports the couch broke in our move into this apartment; we have kept it broken (so the couch has sagged a bit) for a year with no additional breakage or damage. We are only selling because we are moving to California; otherwise we would keep it and/or fix it ourselves. It would be fairly easy to fix with a new 2x4 for someone somewhat handy (https://www.hunker.com/13403647/how-to-fix-broken-wood-in-a-couch).
